Ordering & delivery Information
Samples
Once you have chosen the design you can order a sample, simply telephone email or order on line. So that you can get a true impression of what your stationery will look like we will print the name of the bride and groom onto the sample. The charge for a sample will be the same as the cost of the actual invitation but also includes postage.
Cheques for samples should be made out to THE WHITE HOUSE INVITES and sent to: 57 Cochrane Park Avenue, Cochrane Park, Newcastle, NE7 7JU
Proofs
Once you have placed an order a proof of your stationery will be sent out, once you have approved the proof we ask that you confirm this in writing that all details are correct. Proof reading is the customer's responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any errors that go unnoticed after the proof has been approved.
Delivery
Please allow 6 weeks for delivery from the time of order, SAVE THE DATE cards will be posted within 3 weeks of your order. All orders are dispatchedvia a secure courier to the address of your choice. Your delivery will require a signature therefore if you have any specific delivery instructions please inform us prior to your delivery date.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are £12.00 except for MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE'S. The costs for these invitations are priced according to weight.
